I'm Baaaaaaaack

In my new old office. That's right. Part of me didn't believe it would happen, but I'm back in my old office with the lovely view of the air conditioning units. To prove it, here's an unauthorized photo of my view:

To celebrate, I bought a couple off new office toys. Here we have Pink Panther. He's bendy like a Gumbie, only cooler. And pinker.

And here's an obnoxious squeezable "stress reliever":

And here's a shot of me relieving stress:

Boy, do I feel better now.

Congrats! Those air conditioning units are lovely indeed. Love the Pink Panther. He's a favorite around here.

Welcome back! Oh, I rectified my oversight in the actual blog post and dropped your name. Sorry! I steal so many ideas, sometimes I forget who I steal them from!

Congratulations on getting back where you belong! Of course, by sharing "unauthorized" photos of the air conditioning units, you could be putting it all at risk! :)

Look at that sunshine. Precious, precious sunshine. It sunshined here once. That was way back when...right before I left for 'Nam. When I had both my eyes and my hands still had nerve endings.

schmoopie, Yep Pink Panther is the coolest cartoon character ever.

whippersnapper, Really? Is this the awkward silence that follows such a statement?? Oh, what the hell, I love you too. :)

evil spock, That's muchly. I don't get much press these days, so I can't let any credit go ungiven.

anne, Thanks! It's much better than the cave I was banished to for six months. Everything seems so bright now.

em, Oh, how right you are! I think it's against corporate policy for anyone to take pictures. That's just how much this blog (and all of you) mean to me. I'm willing to risk a smack on the wrist to get that picture.

cheesy, OK, that made me snicker out loud. I think you may have just come up with th next big thing: stress toys with popping winkies.

kara, But just think of all that cool humidity you'll have in August, while I'm melting into my car seat in the 15 minutes it takes me to drive home from work.
